  • Can I change the currency of my account?
    We can help you change the currency of your account, but to do so we need to open you a new account. To request a new account in a new currency, please contact support@variableoption.com
  • Can I open more than one account with Variable Options?
    Yes! Once you’ve opened a live trading account with Variable Options, you can apply for another under the same name. Some traders do this to trade in different base currencies, or try out new strategies. Contact support@variableoption.com.com for more info.
  • What documents does Variable Options require to open a live account?
    In order to verify your identity, we need a copy of your valid Passport, National ID card or Driver’s Licence. We’ll also need a recent (within the last 3 months) proof of address, such as a utility or bank statement in your name.
  • Why do I have to provide proof of identity?
    Variable Options CAPITAL Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, as such, we’re required to comply with “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements. This means we need to identify our clients. Don’t worry, Variable Options will never share this information for marketing purposes with third parties!
  • What deposit methods does Variable Options offer?
    You can deposit funds into your account using any cryptocurrency of your choice, or by making a bank transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or cheque, American Express or Diners Cards.
  • How can I withdraw funds from my account?
    In “My Account”, click on “Withdraw Funds” and fill out the form in order for us to process your request. Please note that we are unable to transfer funds to third party accounts, so sometimes, we might ask for additional information about the account in order to verify the withdrawal.
  • Are my deposited funds segregated from Variable Options’s business funds?
    At Variable Options, we segregate client money in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s client money rules. We are also covered by the Financial Services & Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The FSCS may pay compensation to consumers if a financial services firm is unable, or likely to be unable, to pay claims against it, where it has been declared in default or insolvent.     We take privacy very seriously at Variable Options, and will never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
